It is one of four Networks for burn care services across England and Wales. The network provides adult burn care services at 6 hospitals designated as either a burn centre or burn unit.

Burn Unit: This level of in-patient burn care is for the moderate level of injury complexity and offers a separately staffed, discrete ward.
